Vendor Information Portal (VIP) is a uniform and fully integrated interface between Continental and its suppliers.As part of the development of a holistic supplier risk management, a continuous risk analysis of the supply chain (risk prevention) is carried out by supplementing the existing processes.The ViP enables add-hoc updates of the data as well as insights into performance, current supply situation (including medium to long-term delivery quantities, short-term delivery commitments, planned and actual delivery schedules, available capacities of the suppliers), at short notice, at any time and from anywhere.
